Some people search their whole lives for a calling that fully taps into their strengths. For Social Media Specialist Becca Novak, that calling found her.

Social media became the space where her love for creativity, storytelling, and human connection could live side by side. Today, Becca fuels her extrovert spirit through a variety of communities. She connects with coworkers, spends time with friends and family, flows through yoga and barre classes, explores new local spots, and networks through the West Des Moines Young Professional Group.

These connections keep her grounded, energized, and growing.

“I get to showcase the magic I witness every day in our brand and our people,” says Becca. “I’m drawn to the people, the conversations, and the energy that forms when stories and communities come together.”
