“CrossFit workouts, trail walks, and cardio keep me mentally refreshed. They help me stay focused and shake off stress from the day,” she shares.
She defines being mentally well as feeling balanced and being able to handle challenges. Mindfulness looks different for everyone, but Pragathi’s calmness comes from unplugging and staying present in the moment.
“Whether I’m coding, painting, or cooking, I find peace in the process,” she says. “It’s all about finding joy in the small things, like a good meal or good lift.”
