Martin Gibson’s career at Wellabe has been shaped by seizing opportunities, and he says his journey has been remarkable. 

His approach has been both strategic and joyful. 

“I always look back to a project I did in 2015,” he says. “I was paired as a business analyst with a LifePro developer. We were able to successfully complete three projects for the organization in a short timeframe. It was also a lot of fun collaboratively working on those projects.”

Martin’s path to his current role began in 2017 when he listened to a longtime colleague and friend who encouraged him to explore leadership roles. Fast forward seven years, and he now oversees the customer facing teams for Wellabe as the VP, Chief Administration Officer.

“I am blessed with an amazing leadership team, and I do my best to make sure they, and their team have what they need to achieve success,” he says. 

But he truly enjoys his role because of the people he works with. 

“It’s not just about my immediate team but everyone throughout Wellabe,” he says.
