‘I’ve expanded my knowledge by learning a lot about the health insurance industry.’

With more than 22 years of experience in the marketing industry, Sarah Todd embraces her passion as a Marketing Communications Consultant for the health insurance sales team at Wellabe.

Her enthusiasm for marketing started during her high school days.

“I was editor of my high school yearbook and newspaper staff, so I knew back then I wanted to be in a communications profession after college,” she says. 

Sarah has worked within the public relations, marketing, and communications realms in a variety of areas — from education to manufacturing to health care — before coming to Wellabe. 

“I’ve expanded my knowledge by learning a lot about the health insurance industry,” she says.

When considering her achievements, Sarah says the launch of the rebrand to Wellabe was a huge accomplishment not only for her but for the entire organization. 

“In the next five years, I’m looking forward to embracing new tools to expand Wellabe’s marketing efforts,” she says.

Fun fact
Prior to joining Wellabe, Sarah organized a media package at MercyOne, a health care organization based in Iowa, which went international and was featured on “Good Morning America.” The story focused on how the education provided by Count the Kicks and MercyOne helped save a baby’s life before she was born.
