Another year, another reason to celebrate — Wellabe has been named a Top Workplace in Iowa for the fifth consecutive year, landing at #22 in the midsize company category.

What is Top Workplaces? 

It's an employer recognition program based entirely on what employees say, not what companies claim. Every ranking comes straight from an anonymous, third-party survey through Energage, a national workplace culture research firm, now in its 16th year partnering with the Des Moines Register. Teammates answer questions about leadership, culture, benefits and more. Then those answers get benchmarked against aggregated data to determine who qualifies.
