Angie Kurcz’s journey with Wellabe began with inspiration from her mom, a former employee who often spoke highly of the company’s culture, people, and meaningful work. Not only did that lead Angie to apply, but now she raves about the same things 25 years later.

Angie serves as Quality Assurance Manager, leading a team of Quality Analysts. Her role is to ensure that Wellabe’s products, applications, and websites function as expected and provide customers with an excellent experience.

“My team is inspiring. They really lift one another up, making sure we’re all successful. The other managers I interact with almost daily, and all our business partners. It’s great to collaborate with them, we help each other and see the big picture,” Angie shares.

Angie attributes much of her success to a former mentor who believed in her early on.

“She took a chance on a younger person who she saw potential in. She guided me along the way, even to this day we still talk regularly, and I continue to confide in her, relying on her expertise,” she says.

That mentorship helped Angie achieve several proud milestones.

“I am most proud of the changes we have made as a team. Creating repeatable processes, increasing our automation footprint, and collaborating with our DEV teams,” she says.

Looking ahead, Angie is focused on leading her team through continued success and growth.

Outside of work, Angie enjoys watching baseball, reading, coaching, and spending time with family and friends.
