Janssen Judge started her career in employee wellness, life coaching, and content creation before joining Wellabe. Now, as the Member Integration Partner on the Member Transformation team, she helps pilot and incubate programs and technology for Wellabe’s customers.

“So far, the best part of my job has been the creative collaboration with my team,” she says. “We are focused on launching Wellabe rewards, and I am supporting the content and communication strategy for it.”

Janssen says a former manager influenced her career journey.

“A former boss of mine consistently encouraged me to learn new skills to help apply my strengths and knowledge in new ways. She inspired me to stretch into new realms, which led me to Wellabe,” she says.

Looking ahead, Janssen aspires to learn more ways to make a positive impact on others and create empowering, inspiring experiences.

“I am most proud of the individual impact I have made on peoples’ lives and well-being. And I am hoping to continue that in my role at Wellabe,” she says.
