Lizzie Smith’s genuine personality and love for talking with people have helped her flourish as a Customer Success Manager at Wellabe. 

With nearly a year under her belt in her current role, Lizzie ensures customers have seamless experiences every time they contact Wellabe by supporting the Customer Success coaches. 

“Customer service has always been my jam. I had a leader in a past role that saw I was designed for this line of work and took a vested interest in helping me pursue my goals,” she says. 

Lizzie takes pride in helping her team strive for a work/life balance. Over the last year, she has advocated for new learning opportunities and ways to make her team feel valued.

“I love to watch my coaches step out of their comfort zone and into their leadership roles. They truly are doing amazing things, and I am proud to lead such an incredible team,” she says.

Looking to the future, Lizzie has set big goals for reinventing how Wellabe trains by creating a more independent learning environment and exploring new systems. She’s also looking into a new process to make the day-to-day much easier.
