As a Quality Assurance Analyst, Michelle Sherwood plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating testing efforts across a range of corporate projects. Her work ensures that all impacted business areas are aligned and that each project is delivered with precision.

“I appreciate the change of pace and challenges that each new project brings,” she says.

This summer marks an incredible milestone — Michelle’s 27th year at Wellabe. Her longevity and dedication have made her an integral part of the Wellabe family. Reflecting on her journey, she recalls the more demanding projects with pride. 

“I think back to some of our tougher projects, such as the implementation of Preneed, and am happy to have been part of that success,” she says.

She began her career in New Business and gradually transitioned into her current role. Her curiosity and adaptability have been key to her growth. 

“I’ve had opportunities to fine-tune my skills. I learn something new every week,” she notes.

Looking ahead, Michelle plans to prepare for where her journey at Wellabe takes her next.

“I hope to continue to gain experience and see where that best leads me,” she says.
