As a Senior Transformation Partner in the Transformation Office, David Racki is dedicated to helping Wellabe be more efficient by streamlining processes.

“One of my favorite parts of my job includes being able to help the company save money,” he says.

David joined the company two years ago and has already made a significant impact.

“I was inspired to join Wellabe because of the opportunity to work for a company that values its employees,” he says. “I have a lot of accomplishments to be proud of — earning my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, leading efforts to improve our quality assurance for the Technology Innovation Systems (TIS) team, and promoting a company strategy of smaller projects.”

Looking ahead, David is optimistic about the future of the Transformation Office. He hopes to see it grow and play a key role in advancing Wellabe’s mission.

“I want to help Wellabe move forward as a company,” he adds.

Outside of work, David enjoys hanging out with his kids, going to the gym, and golfing.
