For the last five years, Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst James Watson has collaborated with his team to ensure Wellabe exceeds customer expectations.

From testing products to portal maintenance, he finds joy in working with colleagues from across the company.

“I’m always happy to get a project completed on time,” he says.

James credits much of his professional growth to a mentor.

“I met David Kinser 15 years ago, and he mentored me in the QA lead role,” he shares.

One of James’ favorite memories at Wellabe is participating in the Corporate Games, a fun and competitive event that brings employees together.

Outside of work, James has a creative side. For nearly a decade, he spent time writing and acting, even appearing in a production called “West Side Jedi.”
